Perfect service from Conor @ A1 Assured!

My wife & I were very impressed by all the staff and how they were always helpful & patience with all our questions. Especially Conor who dealt with us from the start, He was very informative and polite. Always on the end of the phone to answer any silly question we had. The bumper had scratches on back which they also resprayed as part of the sale which was done very well.
Perfect service start to finish.

I emailed to arrange a test drive for one of their vehicles for sale. I received their automated email letting me know someone would contact me to arrange etc. I have not heard from them at all. Also after a couple of days, I have found out that the vehicle is no longer on their website, so has most likely been sold - I was never informed and thought the least they could do was let me know? Communication has been very poor and this is before even purchasing a car from them, so would dread to think about the aftersales care they provide.

Connor the salesman was amazing very helpful and knowledgeable, I am very pleased with my new Corsa. Everything was very quick and easy and no pushy sales pitch. Connor kept me up to date every step while my new car was prepared. Whole experience was fab, the car is amazing, definitely recommend.

After weeks of waiting for my service appointment, I dropped my vehicle off yesterday at circa 0845 and collected my courtesy car.
While I requested an early collection time, I was advised that no guarantee could be given but assured it would be no later than 1600 hours.
However, having not received any communication from the service department by 1530, I returned to the Mercedes centre at 1600 only to find that my vehicle was still parked where I left it in the morning and had not moved!!
When I raised the dilemma with the service department it was evident that the booking administration system had failed and my paperwork had evaporated between various parties.
The individual who dealt with me was sincerely apologetic and visibly embarrassed and immediately liaised with other team members while I waited in the lounge and made myself a coffee.
He returned some 5 minutes later and informed me that there were no courtesy vehicles available, hence they would expedite the service forthwith whilst I waited.
As there was no alternative option, I remained composed and then waited patiently until 1740 when the service had been completed.
In summary, it is based upon the aforementioned experience that I have awarded a one star rating and although I was given a small discount as a gesture of goodwill, this particular visit was extremely disappointing and not the normal highly efficient service I have previously enjoyed at Mercedes Norwich.

Very helpful staff. Car good price had to replace front brakes as discs had bad lip on inside and pads tight in caliper but still safe .rear shoes needed cleaning out drums not removed for several thousand miles full of brake dust stopping the rear wheels spinning .apart from that good car would buy from again

Dealt with these guys twice so far at two different locations. Both times with a great sales service. This time in particular at Barker Street, I bought an Audi A5 coupe and have to say even more impressed. Dealt with Conor who is a great non-pushy sales guy, he could sell sand to the Arabs without trying. Yes, I will consider buying again from Group A1!

Can’t rate Advantage Cars enough! Kevin was amazing from start to finish, so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. After a bad experience with another car dealer, I was recommended Advantage Cars by my local Mercedes Benz dealer and I haven’t been disappointed! Communication was fast and excellent, the car was ready for the date I requested and it was spotless inside and out. The car even came with half a tank of petrol which was a nice touch. I have been driving the car for 4 days now and so far it’s been perfect. Thank you Kevin for such a lovely experience! Would recommend you in a heartbeat.

I cannot recommend Advantage cars highly enough, they have given me some of the best customer service I have ever received. Kevin went out of his way to help me and Adam also backed this up with excellent customer service. From the minute I walked in there was no pressure to buy, all my questions were answered professionally and once I had decided on which car I wanted the sales process was very easy.

The after service is amazing and if it was possible I would give more than 5* Thank you to both Kevin, Adam and the team behind the scenes.
