Ben, from the Sales team was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. He helped me in every steps, addressed all my queries patiently and made all the paperwork/process very smooth within just 2 visits which was phenomenal. I loved the experience, welcome, hospitality and transparency during the deal.

Overall they have really nice cars with decent prices that can be trusted fully. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and relatives.

Had an amazing experience purchasing an Abarth 124 Spider from the showroom. Edit: Two days after purchasing this vehicle it broke down. I had it towed home as I was worried about my one month old in the heat after waiting an hour for the tow. Spoke with Tower Hill and they brought a new battery to our house that day. We did not have breakdown cover so paid £230 to be towed only two days after spending £9k cash on a new car. The garage argued that it is not a new car (new to us and very low mileage!) and we should have had breakdown cover. We just did not expect issues after only two days. Felt our initial great experience was soured by this.

Recently bought a car from Tower Hill Garage and had a really good experience. We had already spent a whole day looking at cars with various grumpy and disinterested sellers found using Auto Trader so we were pleased to find people that were willing to talk about what we were looking for and different models available with no pressure to buy. On that basis, we went back the next day to check out a few cars that we were interested in. We were a bit nervous as had decided to spend more than normal on a car to have it last a bit longer. The selection of cars were good with low mileage and good MOT history. When we were decided on a car we were offered a 3 month warranty, a service, new MOT and Alan even organised the tax for us. They had it ready in 3 days time when I needed it. Very pleased with the car and a pleasant buying experience. I would recommend.
