The car was exactly how it was shown in the many pictures online. Very clean with an MOT and service. Simon was outstanding, he stood back and let me inspect the vehicle before taking it for a drive. Once we secured the deal he explained the warranty and I was on my way. A week later the car developed a fault not covered by the warranty but Simon did everything he could to help me out and has sorted it for me anyway. This is 5* service you just don’t see very much these days. I highly recommend Simon and solent vehicle sales.

I’m pretty impressed with this small dealership. They’re customer service is outstanding, they answer emails and phone calls very promptly and are very generous working with you as a customer. I was coming from a ways away and was able to put a small deposit down so I didn’t lose the vehicle I was after. They provided a ton of the past paperwork on the vehicle. And they even went above and beyond in fixing everything on the MOT alerts. I was told what I should bring to the dealership to facilitate a test drive and a hopefully quick sale. And Simon logged in and taxed my vehicle before I got behind the wheel. The vehicle was as described and he was very upfront with some of the bodywork/paint scuffs/scratches to make sure I was aware of them. It was a quick and easy experience and I would highly recommend anyone in (or out) of the area to check our their website/stock of vehicles.
