Amazing customer service which helped us make the right decision on our new car; too many garages pressure sell customers, you won't find that at rates and this was one of the main reasons why we purchased from them. We have also used this garage for a service on another vehicle. Couldn't fault their service and attitude!

It’s such a refreshing change to deal with a dealer that does exactly what they say when they say it. We have bought a couple of cars from Sam and his team and got first class service. Today my vehicle has gone in for its first service and a recall and the work was done quickly and car came back gleaming. So pleased that the after sales was as first class as the point of sale experience.

Pleasant surprise,
I attended Rates Galleywood today expecting the same attitude I've come to loath at other dealerships and was happy to find a different approach altogether.
I was greeted by Alex who took the time to walk me round their new site and some of their vehicles before explaining some of the options available to me and offered some suggestions around the different types of finance that may suit my new lifestyle (new dad).
Overall I'm very happy with my experience at Rate's and would recommend them as a dealership.

If ever you want respect when buying a car contact Sam, he and his team make you special, nothing is to much for them to do. They sort out everything for you,even the cups of tea. I travelled a long way for my car, well worth it. Thank you Sam 5stars.

Car originally purchased from Rates so seemed appropriate to take it back to them for 1st service. Very efficient and courteous service. No parking issues and all Covid measures in place.

Honest, friendly, not pushy and extremely helpful. Decent range of used Ford's and Range Rover's of various ages and prices. They let you look before pouncing and even then it's just a friendly "Need any help". We think we've found our next car. Thanks Rates.
