Speak with Irfan, he's a great guy. He handled all our questions professionally and with patience (I had A LOT of questions to ask him before I was happy with our choice). Very friendly and like I say, he had the patience to deal with a couple of oldies who didn't understand much about what we really needed.

Had a great experience when buying my new car. Irfan was very professional with a personal touch which was welcomed. I have only given three starts for now as I have had problems with the vehicle since purchase. Zara is how doing her best to resolve. Will be happy to re review once all issues are resolved.

Very happy with my new Car from the Carwise/Vanwise group. Large choice of vehicles and found the perfect one. The whole buying process was simple and pleasant. Very efficient paperwork process too. Couldn't be more straightforward. Impressed all round!

I bought a Mercedes for £10,600 from Carwise in July last year, it developed a fault that was initialy diagnosed as a power hose which Carwise paid for. However the same fault returned and resulted in me having to get a main agent to fit a new DPF filter at a cost of over £1800. Carwise have refused to offer any contribution to this cost.

Irfan and Taj were both absolutely incredible when it came to buying my first car and made sure it was safe for me in every way possible ! Couldn’t thank them both enough. Definitely make you feel comfortable and are just lovely gentleman in general !!

Everything was spot on, left the dealership with a brand new van in less than 2 hours thanks to Dimitri. Highly recommend!
