I am delighted with my Honda Jazz and the overall buying experience with Allen and Forey. Finding what looked like a cream-puff vehicle on the internet and located 60 miles away was a bit daunting to consider logistics and general trust but Ian was most courteous and professional to deal with. He even sent me an additional video to review the 9 year old bodywork in case I had further concerns. He openly discussed their business model which is hand selecting cream of the crop cars, doing a detailed service and valeting, further ensuring that customer service and fair pricing make for happy customers. I came away knowing I will recommend them highly to friends and family and will return when I seek another vehicle.

So I put my car up for sale. Allen messaged me and the next day he was down to take a look at the car. He came out of business hours ( His own time) which I appreciate very much. He was very polite and professional, he made the process of selling a car very pleasant and he gave me a very respectable offer which you don't find in trade dealers often.

I’ve just purchased a VW Passat from Ian and Russell at Allen & Forey cars and I cannot recommend them enough. Very communicative and highly professional throughout the process, without being pushy. They gave me plenty of time to test drive to car and were incredibly transparent about the car’s history. They come highly recommended from me.

I put my low mileage car on ebay and Allen & Forey Cars Ltd won the auction. Ian Allen was in contact straight away and arranged to pick the car up a couple of days later. He arrived exactly on time and was very polite, respectful and professional.
