Don't say you were not warned. Look at their bad reviews and you will discover a theme emerging. Unless you like your personal phone numbers & e-mails given out to the general public and receive dodgy chain of ownership, do yourself a favour there are plenty of reputable dealerships out there, this is not one of them!!!!!!!!!!!!Sold them my French registered car ten months ago. To sell it onwards French law requires them as the dealer/buyer to re-register it under their own name but they knowingly sold it onwards anyway. The poor buyer now has a car which he has to painstakingly and expensively get it out of our name. Not only did they not help him they then surreptitiously gave out our personal data to the buyer. I am currently lodging a report to the Trading Standards Office and launching a suit under the Data protection Act 2018. This is all provable!

Would i recommend this car dealer, definitely not. Well Todd is helpful, but when the other salesman gets involved and overrides deals that have been agreed it leaves a bad taste. And the third member of the team gets in the car to supervise a test drive and starts to vape without even asking the customer if they mind.
Don’t expect a car to be prepped for sale, you might get a basic wash and a hoover, but when you open the fuel cap and it’s still filthy, along with the sills and seals around the boot, you’ll understand what I mean by basic.

Having found a LHD Spanish Registered Car, I paid a deposit and Todd brought the car to Cardiff for me to view. The car was exactly what I needed however Todd apologised for not having washed it before he came down. Todd took me through all the documents and when satisfied we concluded the deal. I must say Todd was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and I certainly recommend him if you need any help or assistance sourcing a car. Thanks Todd.

Terrible experience, organised to get there to collect new car which was over a 3 hour drive. Finance sorted on a £28.000 car. 2 days before collection problem with the car, they were quite happy to lose the sale of this car, avoid this company.

The service was handled very professionally. Our money arrived in our bank exactly when it was promised. Todd, the driver they sent, was a Gent. All in all, very impressed and I would certainly use them again and recommend them to a friend.

l bought a nice mercedes from this people...so kind and caring guys...l am very happy after 2 years l want to buy another car to go to turkey..really good guys and decent people..highly recommended..thank you
