I usually not commenting online but I feel I have to do now. Bought a car also online which I never did. It was a month ago and I put app. 1000 miles into it since. Wouldn't leave a review too early. At the moment I feel I have got what they promised,even more. Hopefully never will having serious problems with it but if I will I know I can have help from these people. Someone described Pete in a review as a rude person but the way as I've been treated says differently so my personal experience made me commenting here,they were absolutely professional and polite and kind,mostly Peter whom I dealt with. I drive my dream car every day and grateful for them and God because I have been tricked before by private seller. I highly recommend this company and I wish the best for them and for all the existing and future customers .

I bought a Honda Jazz for my wife in January 2020 and I found the sales person to be very friendly and helpful.
One of the reasons I bought this car for my wife was the parking sensors. However, I realised quickly that they were faulty and I raised it as a warranty issue.
After being initially delayed because of Covid outbreak, I was permanently delayed and delayed until they finally accepted to have a look at the car, 2 years after I bought it. They said they will call me back after ordering the sensors kit, including the ECU.
That was the last time I heard from them and they stopped answering any of my e-mails.
So, if you expect any warranty when you're buying the car, my advice is go elsewhere.

We arrived hoping to find the correct vehicle with the kids in full force. Not only were the kids aloud in the cars but given free reign to enjoy themselves.
A fantastic experience with customer service and we now have our car. Perfect condition and we are not only overjoyed to have a immaculate condition vehicle with low mileage but to say thank you for dedicated service and we will always recommend them.

They promise the sun and the moon right up until they get your money! Then the shutters come down. The person you need is in a meeting or on leave or on lunch or a hundred other excuses and the promised call backs never come.
They fix the things that SHOULD have been picked up by their MOT because they know they legally have to but all other promises are ignored.
I would never use this bunch of crooks ever again.

Sorted finance 4me a few years ago N thought all good. Was told car was good N passed all checks. All good I thought but I have just been shown proof the car was a write off 1 month before sold to me N seen proof on insurance report. No1 told me N they should have.

A big thank you to Richard for all his help sorting my car finance. Richard went above and beyond, even sourcing another car when the one I had originally found had been sold.

Brilliant service. Found a stunning Merc SLK on Autotrader on Wednesday. Drove from Preston to Leamington Spa on Thurs to test drive. The car was immaculate and you could see Pete and the team went the extra mile to ensure the vehicle was spotless and in perfect condition. Pete was the consummate professional, easy going, highly knowledgeable and friendly. Test drive done, deposit paid and I went back by train to collect it the Friday. An absolute pleasure, Pete's colleagues were equally attentive and friendly. This is how to treat customers - well done and thank you guys! Highly recommended dealer, will buy from them again if the opportunity arose. And I *LOVE* the car!!! :)

Bought a great car from the car co it was the second one I looked at that having travelled from glasgow , I decided after seconds it was for me as it was presented head and shoulders above the first one and subsequently didn’t need to travel to London to view the third I’ve since added black pack and turbine wheels and I know I made the right decision and yes I’d use the car co again thank yo Pete and the guys at car co again
