Bought my first car from Jay at HMC yesterday, a Vauxhall Corsa Limited Edition. The car itself was in good condition, nice and shiny. Jay was very thorough in his service, giving the car a fresh MOT before collection, a good warranty and breakdown cover; far more than I personally had expected. Jay was professional and thorough in his approach to the sale of the car and purchase of the car.

Saw a car I was interested in and called up first thing to enquire about it. Spoke to Jay who had no information about the car as his partner had listed it. Fair enough. The website says free delivery within 100 miles due to covid. When I asked about that, Jay informed me that that was for more expensive cars.
He said he would get back to me as he knew nothing about the car. I waited all day and didn't hear back. Called back myself and he had no idea who I was. When I asked about the car he said someone had left a deposit. I lost out as he didn't get back to me. He wasn't bothered at all on the phone and said you wanted more info, the other buyer left a deposit. So I'm supposed to leave a deposit for a car he has no information of to secure it. Had he got back to me when he said he would I wouldn't have lost out.

Recently purchased a vauxhall zafira from Hmc, Jay has been great throughout and explained everything I needed to know. Very friendly, polite and always available for any help or advice. They even delivered my car to me which was a 4 hour drive. Definitely would recommend.

I purchased a BMWe sports from HMC in Chesham. The owner - Jay is highly professional and customer oriented. One always has some trepidation in purchasing a used car but I was put at ease by the emphasis they place on customer care. I was given the opportunity to test the car as much as I wanted and offered an 18 month warranty. There was no pressure and no hard sell. It was explained that they trade on honesty. Can totally recommend if you want a genuine no hassle deal.

My sister saw a car for sale at HMC on Monday afternoon, we called to get some information and request reserving the vehicle. Jay called us back and got all of this arranged.

The car was delivered yesterday over 100 miles away to Stoke-on-Trent and my sister was so happy with the car, the purchase was complete rapidly.

They advised the car came with 24 months warranty and she could call anytime if she had any questions.

Excellent service from a salesman who seems like he genuinely cares. I bought a car and even though it was particularly cheaper than his usual sales, the owner still went above and beyond for me and organised a very prompt delivery of the vehicle upon request - even though he was particularly busy.
