We recently purchased a Kia Sportage from A1 and was dealing with Paul , which I can say was very helpful and went out of his way to make us feel happy in our new purchase. I would definitely recommend this car sales and Paul , we never felt pushed into the sale and kept us updated on the purchase. Even gave a great part Exchange price too.

The best service ever! I bought my car from Chris. I don't know anything about cars and he put me at ease. The whole process was very simple and the car is impeccable. The icing on the cake is the Workshop. They are wonderful and very professional. They understand the particularity of each client. Highly recommended!

Just bought a Nissan Duke from Paul at A1.all.so simple from start to.end. Paul was so helpful. Your not hassled like at some dealership. Very well price cars. Nothing too much trouble for the staff there. Best I've ever come across. Always look.there first without doubt.

Great place to buy a second hand car and the after car service especially the guys in the workshop are really good. I have bought 2 cars from here and I had minor issues with each but both times A1's work shop fixed them for me, quickly and at no cost to myself. Don't get that kind of service elsewhere.

We recently saw a ford fiesta on auto trader. It was so easy to reserve, ring up A1 and drive down to see it. I had no clue about buying a car so massive thanks to Chris for making it unbelievably seamless & easy. We picked it up just a few days later after having an MOT and service. Super helpful and will be recommending A1 & Chris to friends in the future! Thanks Chris!

EDIT: Amending my review with the owner's response in mind. Looks like I need to have a word with the garage that did my MOT and service!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought a 2013 Honda Civic from here in August 2021, which at the time had done around 60,000 miles. I remember noticing shortly after purchasing it that the brakes were a little bit squeaky, but didn't think anything of it. As I've only done 4000 miles since I bought it, I rarely noticed it (especially as it couldn't be heard with the windows up).

I recently took the car in for an interim service and MOT. This car cost me an extra £500 or so because it had to have both rear tyres replaced, and both front & rear brake discs & pads replaced.

I assumed that these things would have been addressed before making the car available to sell, and at the very least I feel that I should have been told at the time of purchase that these things would need to be replaced soon. A more frequent user of the car could've easily driven the car 4000 miles in the first few months and had to replace these things a lot earlier, or worse. If I'd known these things were nearing the end of their lifetime, I would've considered other options.

Not happy at all!
