Bought a used set of wheels from Staverton in January and couldn't be more pleased. Car functions perfectly even though it has a few miles on the dashboard, got a full MOT on purchase, and the owner also fixed the recommended optionals. Will definitely buy from here again.

Bought a second hand car from this dealer in 2017. Service was brilliant. The gentleman I spoke to couldn't do enough for me. Everything was transparent and clear to an extent. I didn't feel as if they were trying to rip me off or anything, it was incredibly fair, and I would 100% recommend this dealer

On the face of it Mark seems like a rare genuine honest sales man but in reality he's just another lowlife who is willing to screw people over for money. Mark does sell good quality used cars (we know because we sold him ours) BUT he also sells absolutely bags of rust that are falling apart! We know because we sadly brought one. Strangely the car we brought came with a new clean mot, however there were 5 mot fails and 4 advisories 'accidentally' missing, turns out we aren't the first people to have this experience with Staverton Cars. We have reported him to DVSA and trading standards.
Marks cars come with a warranty - just look at the reviews for warranties2000 on google to see how that will go (and whilst your at it check out all the extra reviews available for staverton cars).
Mark is an AA trusted dealer - this means and covers you for nothing. Their service if things do go wrong is that they can only advise him, and when they see him screwing customers over ignoring consumer law they don't remove him from being a trusted dealer they just agree that you are best off taking him to court. We have 2 disabled children, 1 of which hasn't been able to get to school and despite there being multiple faults inside and outside of the 30days (day 35 for the rest!!!) Mark couldn't care less for consumer rights, he just gets a wannabe lawyer from warranties2000 to pretend they are trying to cooperate

A wrongfully generated score of 4.6 is NOT correct. If you minus his ‘good’ reviews off family & friends, and calculate the true bad reviews you get the correct BAD score which is 1.5 / 2.0. Just check out trust pilot, Facebook and car dealer reviews also,
Take off the same friends & family again and you see the truth of the bad company this really is, read the true real life reviews off people who have had bad experiences with this business and other businesses they associate with.
And see the business for what it truly is.

Got our last 2 cars from here, went back because we had such a great experience both buying and owning our first one - and even part ex’d it back! Mark is really helpful and friendly, prices are very fair and we’re now the proud owners of another great motor.
A few very bitter and misguided-sounding reviews on here. Don’t forget, if you’re buying a second hand car from anywhere, there’s always an element of risk to you. The car you’re buying is old, so don’t expect everything to be like brand new, and when it isn’t, don’t immediately blame the dealer. A dealer is a businessman, not your best mate, and if they spent all day listing all the reasons why you shouldn’t buy their cars, they wouldn’t be in business long. Someone mentioned that you should take his cars for a check up straight after buying - obviously, you should take ANY second hand car for a check up straight after buying if you value your consumer rights.
With our first car, we had a minor fault which we went back to Mark about within a week - he was great about it and he got it fixed no questions asked. We then owned the car for over 4 years and had absolutely no issues with it. When I was in the market for another (bigger boot as the family is expanding), this place was the first and only place I looked. You go back to a dealer you trust. Would recommend anyone to buy a car from here.

Such a great experience with this garage. Mark is a legend, I part ex'd my car and had a new one the same day. He went out of his way to help me with the car tax etc. Really great customer service, and well looked after car. Would highly recommend to anyone!

What a find! Mark was a true gent, very honest and upfront with his description of the car and has a great attitude. The car I purchased was an excellent buy too.
