Bought an SLK350 yesterday from Pete. Freindly, knowledgeable chap. Good experience all round.

I bought my ford S-max from this company in the summer 2021, the owner was extremely polite and helpful. The car has a panoramic roof which I did not check when I bought the car but on collecting and getting down the road I could see when the sun came through that there was two massive cracks in it. I messaged him about this and he simply said that he didn't see it. Now this car was valeted to an extremely high standard and this guy has been in business a long time so I highly doubt that no one knew about the cracks. The roof glass is not covered on insurance and I've been quoted just under £2000 to replace it. I also want to sell the car to get something else and can't because of the glass. I also had the front wheels off as the car was swaying about a bit and I noticed that the offside track rod end was badly damaged and most of the rubber boot missing from it but yet this car came with a new MOT meaning someone had simply just let it go through. Each tyre had also been sealed with Black tyre seal to stop any air leaks. So I have a car I can't sell, a glass roof I can't afford to repair and no help from the dealer which is a shame because he seemed genuine and a real decent guy.
