AVOID THIS CAR DEALERSHIP ! GO ELSEWHERE. FRAUD ALERT !

bought a Honda civic 2010 with 32k miles on it in part exchange for a Peugeot 107 with 52k miles on it, the civic cost £4200 and i got £500 in exchange for the Peugeot 107, lest start off, thier customer service skills are rubbish, Hammad was somewhat helpful his other "colleague" was not. after several problems with the car, the "colleagues" attitude was "its not our problem" list of problems with the car such as, blown head gasket, hole in the exhaust, air con not working, interior water leak, oil/water leak, bent steering alignment, missing engine bay parts, smashed air intake box, sprayed bumpers. lying about the car saying its been serviced, when it had no coolant and the wrong engine oil in it.

if it had been serviced atall. they'd have notice the steering wheel was upside down from the wheels not being aligned.

I dont expect to spend £4300 + £100 for a warranty they wont honor. to be told. its not our problem with the list of above problems.

im no mechanic, but when you get 20mpg (if your lucky) with water spitting out the exhaust of the car, thats obviously problematic, and to be told its not our problem. actually is, blown exhausts, and head gaskets do not happen in a couple days, they take time to wear.

THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT. STAY AWAY !

Just purchased this lovely car from campus cars. Very professional man. The cars in here were all clean and valated. Easy to buy from. Great car

Drove across London for a car that I was told had "minor age related marks", in fact it had a rusty dent and battered wheels. Owner started it up and then wandered off before I could ask anything, mechanic said "I know nothing". The engine looked like a wreak too, hopeless dealership, avoid.

The car I was interested in was parked on the road and was not quite as described

Had several scuffs and marks on the paint and a really bad paint job on the front of the car where it's clearly had an accident. The boot seal was completely split and I was surprised there was no water in the boot! The sales man was on his phone the majority of the time we were there and would not move on the price despite all the faults we found. Disappointing.

Great people to do business with, their after sales help and guidance has really helped, I will definitely be using their service again and keeping in contact as I do hope the business succeeds as they deserve it for their kind hearts and sales approach, I would recommend Campus Cars to any one that wants a reliable car from such a friendly and helpful team.
