Thanks A & A for making my trip worth it, I knew you deliver your word. Covid 19 made me almost miss my opportunity to get my new car that I want from their garage. But thanks to A & A car sales they made everything look so seamless, just sent in my paperwork to them and the car was delivered straight to my house next morning, you made me so happy.

I bought a Mazda 6. I travelled 2 hours to see the car and was disappointed to discover the parking sensors had a problem. Anton agreed in writing that I could get them repaired in my home town and A&a would pay for the repair. Once home, I started to read A&A reviews and became concerned that I would not be repaid as promised. I am delighted this was not the case. I submitted an invoice and was promptly paid in full. The condition of the car inside was as advertised although outside was not as good as suggested. There was a repair to a rear door that was visible and not described in the ad which was disappointing. Other than that, after500 miles, I am very happy with the car. Personally, my experience of A&A has been positive and I would use them again in the future. This is a genuine buyers review.

Looked to purchase a car from this dealership through autotrader. Took the 150 miles to travel down and look at the car. Car was advertised with service history… to our surprise car had none but had been looked after? Where’s the proof? Hidden admin fee of £200 and to make it worse customer service is non existent in the place. Avoid at all costs. Don’t get let down like we did.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE DANGEROUS DEALERS! ZERO STARS RATING IF I COULD!
THEY HAVE FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS!!
Viewed a car which when listed online had no faults. In person, found a couple of faults which they said were minor and could easily be fixed (at my expense).
When I later took the car to a garage after purchase, it turns out the car is actually unroadworthy and unsafe so is currently not even being used. I have requested a full refund as explained what has happened and they have been rude and not really bothered about the issues. They said they checked the car before the sale, but if they did, then they would have been aware of the dangerous faults. I doubt I am the first victim of this disgusting behaviour. These people should not be allowed to sell cars.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY & TIME AND DON'T RISK YOUR SAFETY!
**Since this has happened, a reputable car dealer says this dealership is well know at auctions where they buy cheap cars and sell them on and have a history in their circle for selling dodgy cars** ⚠️

Drove an hour to view a car I’d seen listed on Autotrader, high mileage but no other faults listed. When I arrived there were 2 police cars on site and police everywhere - not the best first impression!
Test drove car but noticed that the air con was not working, and the fan system made a loud banging sound when turned on. Queried this with a member of staff (who had a real attitude) and was sarcastically told “well it’s a category write off car??” which obviously was NOT mentioned anywhere on the ad, in addition to the known faults with the car not being mentioned. Very strange way to do business in my opinion & wasted 2 hours of our weekend driving to see a car we wouldn’t have gone to had we known of the faults.
There is a reason for the bad reviews on here people, so proceed with caution….

Great experience, bought my first car here, in a good condition. No pressure, everyone was friendly and professional. When I asked, they kindly agreed to do a test drive for me as I did not have a full license at that time. Great service!

Bought a Peugeot 308 from A & A Car Sales about a month ago. The customer service was really good during the whole buying process, they were not pushy at all, gave us plenty of time to look around and then test drive our favourites. After we had the car for a week, my husband said the clutch was really high. We were told the clutch was OK when we queried it before the sale, as it was a bit high then too. We took it to our local garage and the guy there said it was "well worn" and we should definitely take it back to where we had bought it from. So I called A & A and they agreed to take the car back to check over. They did replace the clutch for us, so although I was initially annoyed that they had sold us a car that was obviously in need of a new clutch, they did rectify it, so all good in the end. Thank you.

Very disappointed!
Bought car from them, part exchange and got less than scrap value for my old car (£250) which they are selling now for £1500. The engine of the car I bought overheated in 10 minutes drive to my house. I managed to get them to take it back and deliver my old one (because I need the car every day for my work). After 5 days of chasing them, they delivered it back with air conditioning all of the sudden not working (which is essential for my work). Texted them but had never heard from them since. And in few days after I had to pay over £200 for mechanic to fix air conditioning, change both front tires and making sure the car is safe to drive.
They are not thrust worthy and I will never buy a car from them again!
