SCAM COMPANY, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I met with this dealer to buy a car, we agreed on the terms, he crafted a hand written contract and asked for £500 deposit. I paid the deposit by bank transfer hoping it is traceable and I will be protected in case of fraud. He said the car will be available for me to pick it up next week, but when I called him he said it's still not ready. Then another week and another week. Eventually when I asked for my money back he stopped picking up my calls and responding to messages. Tried to send letters but turns out dealer is not trading under this address anywhere and this company name isn't even registered. DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. THIS. SCAMMER.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER. We bought a car from Dudly Motor Group in Nov, since buying the car, it's had trouble starting, making a horrible noise & drinking oil . We took it to our local garage to get it checked by a mechanic, the advice was , ‘It is burning oil, I would not drive the car anymore, contact the dealer you bought from as you have had the car 2 months & have only travelled 1400 miles, this isn’t just a fault that has just occurred’. Contacted Dudly Motors and they didn't want to know, firstly was told to “go on EBAY as they sell a product that will stop this”. I mentioned my Consumer Rights & Trading Standards and was told , “that’s fine, tell them we offered you 5 Litres of oil’ . Have text, called & written, no response at all, letter gets sent back, apparently no one by Dudly motor group at that address even though this is where I brought the car from and where they advertise they are still trading from. Trading standards have been contacted. It also looks like DMG have traded under different names previously but changed name due to similar reviews on other websites. Please be warned

I spoke to a guy over a few days to book an appointment to view a car they were advertising on Auto Trader. The day before viewing, I called to check on the availability and was told the car is still available. I needed to view the car as early as possible but that was not possible with this “dealer”.

I turn up at 50 Salisbury Rd, Hounslow TW4 6JQ at 11:30am the following day, coming from East London, which is over an hour and 30 minutes away, to a place where “Dudly Motor Group” was nowhere to be seen. Having wandered to the Vista building, I spoke to another dealer who said people always come here to view cars but the dealer isn’t located here. Immediately, this is strange as the business (Dudly Motor Group) doesn’t have an actual trading address.

I called the guy to ask where he was but he never actually showed himself. He answered and said to go into a car park next to the carwash and the car is there. Upon seeing the car, it was the same make and model but a completely different car. This car was not in good condition and not as advertised on Auto Trader. After calling him again, he then tells me the actual car that I came to view has been sold. He didn’t have the decency to call me prior to making my way all the way across London. He then got aggressive when questioned why he didn't tell me I’d be viewing a different car.

He still didn’t come to greet me properly. All the communications was done by phone. Was he expecting me to buy a car that wasn’t advertised? All in all, I am extremely disappointed in Dudly Motor Group. To miss a day’s work and not actually see the car is just useless and a big waste of time. Cowardly behaviour to not even own up to your mistakes. I think the actual car I came to view had been sold a while back but he was just hoping I’d buy a car as he knew I came from a long way. Untrustworthy, dishonest, probably fraudulent/corrupt.

I DO NOT recommend this “dealer”. Buyer beware.
