Several alarm bells: Different names on Google (City cars Hounslow) and Autotrader (Car World Heathrow). None of which appear on the actual lot - which is rented by a bunch of much smaller 'companies'.
2) Only accept bank transfer as payment
3) Do not provide logbook and claim it's all done electronically now
4) Warranties are only verbal at sale and have to be posted to you.

Over the top friendly when buying, extremely slippery with follow up calls once issued have been raised. Takes days to pick up phone, though will aggressively claim he picks up everytime whilst simultaneously busy working on another job.

Doesn't understand consumer rights with faulty vehicles and refuses refund (unless car is left overnight with them - no same day appointments can be made). Have had to deal with citizens advice bureau and small claims court due to this individual's dishonesty. Positive reviews are sheer luck or from extended family.

Extremely frustrated. I’m 7 months pregnant and an hour drive away from this place. We had a confirmed appointment to see a car today. As we were running 5 minutes late I got my husband to call to find out the car was sold the previous day.

Customer service is SEVERELY lacking. It takes nothing to call or text to say a car has gone. So we had to drive back. Complete waste of a journey. Do Not Trust.
Car is still up on Auto Trader website. Disgusting.
