I'm giving Flexy Cars a 5 star review. I was in to view a car on a Monday. The car was in great condition along with all of their other cars in the yard! I paid a very fair price with a part exchange. Came back the same week on the Thursday. Car got a clean whilst doing the paperwork. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the whole process was smooth. I recommend this dealership to anyone in near this area.

**DO NOT TRUST** Avoid these cowboys like the plague! I bought an Audi Q7 from Flexy cars and the customer service was great up until the moment I drove away. I spent £3,000 in repairs in the first 2 months! coolant leak, injector failure and much more! The MOT showed no defects, but all Tyres were low on tread they said it had just been serviced and it hadn't! they will not accept responsibility at all. They said they will make a contribution towards repairs then blocked my number. I went down the CCJ route and they said they get these all the time and know how to get out of them! Purchase through them at your own Peril!

I travelled 3 hours on a train to view and collect my new car .. very welcoming and professional. Offered me a drink . So very good hosts. Very friendly. Even gave the car a full valet . 5 stars for customer service

Purchased a 5 year old car from them. The car was in good condition, I asked them to get it cleaned properly and get the front brakes changed, they did both but they didn’t remove all the brake rust from the wheels.

The guys were responsive and accommodating before and during the purchase. During the purchase, we agreed that they would confirm that the finance was paid off, will provide an invoice for the service that they did, and replace on interior damaged part.

Once I drove off, no one called or emailed. I’ve called them multiple times to get the things that we agreed on, they told me they would call back and no one did.

I gave up at the end, took the car in for a service (which confirmed that they only did bare minimum on it), done an HPI clear (which came back fine), and bought and replaced the interior part myself.

If you are buying from them, make sure you get everything sorted there and then, do not take the car until everything is done.

I bought a car from them. Everything went through very quick and well. Even the staff helped for payment of the road tax and paid the 5 days insurance cover immediately.
The car had a small issue and Soleyman helped a lot to solve it. They are really available and supportive if something is needed even after the purchase.

Great people, honest and considerate. Was an easy process buying the car at a very good price also (BMW M140i). Would recommend checking their stock out, lots of top quality cars for all budgets.

As people they're okay. But very unreliable. Days after buying the car I had the tensioner start going and an engine management light. I took the car to them. They took it to their car repair for me and had me waiting many hours just for it to have been looked over and not repaired. Returned to have it repaired few days later where the tensioner was replaced and engine management light had gone. The light returned to which I called and they said they will fix it. Brought the car back multiple times after telling me to bring it on specific days/times just for them to not have booked it in. The car was never fixed and had to fork out of my own money 100%
