Although we did not buy a car the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They allowed us to test drive without any prior appointment. I would have given them 5 stars but felt that has to be reserved for customers that actually buy a car. (They were second on the list of our first option fell through.

We purchased a Kia Sportage with a 3 month warranty. After 5 months the shock absorbers that hold the hatchback door up failed. John at Clayhall, immediately identified the problem, and replaced them, when the parts were available, despite the warranty having expired. Great after sales service, from John, who clearly believes in looking after his customers. Recommended.
