This is my first time purchasing a car from 1st Choice motor’s, and as you can imagine, the experience can sometimes be very overwhelming. Especially if you’re not familiar with the company, and also putting all your trust into a car dealership you’ve never heard of. Well all my worries and doubts were reassured at all times, and I was treated like a valued customer. Me and my mum were always offered complimentary tea/coffee, even though I don’t drink hot beverages. But it was the warm customer service that really made a difference. I was given a very good part exchange price on my 2013 Mini Cooper which was really nice, as I had a lot of attachment to that car for 5 years. The car I chose was a Mercedes cabriolet which had extremely low mileage and in immaculate condition. I’ve had sooo many compliments and the Mercedes has been running absolutely amazing, and is still looking brand new even after 2 weeks. A very big thank you to Mo, Naz, Rick for all your help and patience, when I purchased my car from you. The process had some humps in the road at first, but it all ended Fantastic, and was completed very professionally. If you’re cautious about the company don’t be. They will have your best interest at heart. And you will really get a fantastic deal/ Service.

Never ever trust this company
I had an extremely bad experience with them when I bought a vehicle from them. As soon as I found following issues I informed them but they just keep ignoring me. No response at all.
1- Water ingress at car boot and mould 2- Car stereos system was not working 3- Second key of car was not working 4- Front left tyre was not adjusted and when you drive it's pull over the car to the left side and very dangerous 5-car doesn't have any spare tyre and pump 6- Front right side light seems broken and it's full of steam 7- Car bumper (front) Needs to be fix 8- Bottom back light has water and moisture inside.

Amazing work on my Volvo. The guys were honest and really helpful! Cray went above and beyond to get my car fixed and back to me within a tight deadline. Highly recommended!
