WJ King Trade Centre

I purchased an A180 mercedes from this trade centre but I was disappointed that I was left to figure out the answers to all my questions by myself. I appreciate that this is a Vauxhall dealer and knowledge of other cars may be limited but during my test drive I got the feeling that the salesman did not care. His response was 'no idea' constantly and nor did he try and find out the info. Place has good potential, maybe need better staff or people who care.

On the other hand, Michael was great and looked after us very well. The car was cleaned nicely inside and out, all my questions were answered. Grateful for all the help. My buying experience was pleasant but my searching/test drive experience was horrible.

I found the car that I wanted, and the deal - including a part-exchange - was handled professionally and efficiently by a gentleman named Michael, who works in sales.

Overall, a very warm and welcoming branch with a grand team. Very impressed!

Phoned to enquire about a car. Car was available at that time, sales man on phone took our number to call should it sell before we made it down to view. 1 hour 20 minute trip each way to see this car. Left immediately. On arrival, 2 sales men ignored us. When went to look at the car we were then told it was sold. Then ignored once again. Not very good customer service.

Just purchased a Nissan Quashqai from the trade centre in Tylney road Bromley,i was looked after very well by Michael Morgan who could not have done any more to help us,he put no pressure on us and was very friendly.When we picked the car up it was very well prept and looked like a new car.This was my second purchase in the last ten years and i will go back again when i need another car.Cliff Piercey.

Emailed to say was interested in a car, and would likely be in the area Sunday. Recieved generic email response back, went all the way to the garage to discover they were CLOSED. would have been nice if the email response mentioned they weren't open sundays. So no sale for them!

I booked a test drive last Thursday for today and got a confirmation email. When I got there today by Taxi as it’s not that convenient a route, I was told that the car had been sold yesterday ! Is there such a thing as poor “potential”customer care ? Obviously I didn’t buy another car !!!

Pick up a friends new car from Michael morgan, he was friendly inviting and would get my next car from him. Down side poor Michael has to sit in a showroom with no heating.

Purchased a vauxhall meriva last year from here and the car has been nothing but a problem since then first the air con pump was replaced within 3 months of buying the car and now the abs light appeared and now the engine managment light unfortunately it's now out of warranty and will cost £132 just to diagnose and have not even owned a year now cant drive as car will not do more than 45 mph engine sounds really bad now ive basically paid £3500 for a scrapper if i speak to sales manager can he help
