I.would like to say a big thankyou to the Lucky Seven motors. I received a first class service from the highly professional staff whilst purchasing my audi A6. And the after care was outstanding. When you buy a car from a competent and conscientious second hand car dealer, you expect that if something goes wrong with the car - the car dealer will help within the warranty period. I can honestly say that when my powersteering failed after 3 weeks I was deverstated after spending 16k. I contacted lucky seven straight away. They immediately sent a recovery vehicle out to take the car back to an approved garage. Kept me in the loop via calls and whatsapp whilst it was being fixed and delivered back to my property within 5 days. Their was no charge and I'm sure the car had been cleaned also before giving it back to me. Everyone takes a risk when buying from second hand car dealer, not knowing if their warranty will be honored. But I can honestly say LUCKY SEVEN are honest, professional and conscientious dealers who ensured the after service was fulfilled with no inconvenience to myself. If your looking for a trustworthy car dealer I would recommend LUCKY SEVEN MOTORS.

Bought car with them the experience of choosing my car was just amazing from the moment I walked in those doors I was greeted by bob who was so Thorough in his approach he made sure he gave me all the advice and knowledge of the car which I was interested in and even went as far as making me speak with a manager who explained the best option for me after having some issues with the finance company which was later resolved. Thank you bob for going way and beyond what I had even expected and making me feel like a valuable customer much appreciated😊

Please honestly never ever purchase a car through this dealership, they are scams. I’ve read a review just recently saying the exact same thing that happened to me, if I was involved in a crash the air bags would’ve never deployed. They cleared that from the dash board, they’ll rush you to purchase the vehicle then once you’ve handed your deposit over they’ll treat you like rubbish, I’ve had to go back and forth with close brothers (the finance company) they are now getting this dealt with, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They clear any issues with the car with diagnostics. They’re helpful when you walk in then they get rude. They said refundable deposit then they said we never said that etc. All their cars are bogus, they also have a garage right next to them where they take their cars which is their friend, I’ve seen them speaking to each other and they’ll pass your MOT just like that, so you can go away with a broken car, they’re doing it for “free” just so you think they’re friendly. Once you contact them back they’re no help. PLEASE DON’T GO WITH THEM, YOU’LL HONESTLY REGRET IT!!! Luckily close brothers and financial ombudsman is dealing with this issue and LUCKY SEVEN MOTORS gets closed down. Also they do not let you test drive the cars on purpose, then have rows of cars, the only get it out when they take your deposit, the MOT that they’ll promise is a fake one done by their friends, which will magically pass everything.

I've been looking for a good used car for a while now and I came to Lucky Seven Motors. I was greeted by their knowledgeable salesman who patiently answered all my questions. He showed me the best available options in my budget and even offered me a test drive! What's more, he followed up with me after to make sure that I was happy with my purchase! These guys are great and will definitely be back in the future

Bought a used car from these guys a few months ago.
After agreeing the sale and taking the car home a number of issues popped up which involved having to take the car back a few times.
To their credit, they fixed all the issues and car has been fine since.
