Excellent personal customer service from Mark at Fourways Garage. From my initial phone conversation with Mark he was very understanding of my needs and he went above and beyond to meet my requests. The Car was exactly as described in immaculate condition. It would be very unlikely you would receive this level of personal service from any main dealer. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark , owner of Fourways Garage, Bolsover.

We purchased a car in November couldn't of had a better couple really friendly and no pressure selling car was valeted and 12months mot and service included. Would recommend them and would buy from again .

After various phone calls with Mark I travelled from London to buy a Mercedes C220 estate to replace my daughter’s car which had been stolen the previous week. The car did not disappoint. It was everything Mark described and more. He was eager to point out the one small scratch on the bumper that he had previously described.
I happily drove it away and delivered it to my daughter in Kent. Daylight revealed to her a lovely car beyond her expectations. Thank you Mark for all you straight forward honesty. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

Had a quite disappointing experience with this garage. Bought the car in Jan and then only used it for short journeys (due to pandemic couldn't go anywhere). Took the car for a long drive for work a month later and found that the back electric windows didn't work- took it back and they fixed it as at this point it was still under warrantee. Next issue was a warning light around 2 months later that kept appearing on the dash board, took it back and was told it wasn't really an issue and they re-set it... week later it flashed back up and by this point we had warmer weather and I tried the air con... that didn't work. I rang back and said the warning light was flashing back up and that the air-con also wasn't working. They seemed annoyed with me and I was told by that I could bring it back but I was have to pay for it as car was no longer under warrantee. I took it to a different garage and had to pay for a new sensor that was causing the warning light to flash up and for the air con to have a new pump and be re-gassed and the garage told me they would have sold me the car knowing that the sensor was on it's way out.

I understand the car wasn't brand new when I bought it from them however you wold expect a car for £3k to of be at a certain standard and I'm disappointed I wasn't told about issues before buying or it being fixed before being sold to me as I paid a decent amount and if they didn't genuinely know about the issues (window electrics, air con and lensor) then makes me wonder why more thorough checks aren't being done on cars they are selling. The fact that all these issues happened within the space of a few months after buying is frustrating.

Really friendly family business nothing to much trouble. Great range of quality reasonably priced cars to browse with no pressure to buy. Highly recommended
