I bought a car from this company and I have been nothing but impressed from start to finish.

The customer service is top notch, I initially made contact through the phone being from Cheshire and Jordan gave a honest assessment of the vehicle. I made the trip across to Nottinghamshire and, true to his word, the car was exactly as described.

When discussing the sale, I didn’t once feel pressured into buying anything and it was a pleasant and smooth transaction, unlike at other independent garages I have experienced.

I recently brought a car from this site and the guys here are awesome. I have had some issues with my car, and they have gone above and beyond to help me and keep me mobile. I know that in a few years time, I will go back and buy another car from them. They are a decent bunch and easy to talk to.

Brought a car from these guys and at first they seemed lovely.
Then I test drive the car and raised a few issues I had with the car, they had the car after leaving a deposit and had all the time to fix the problems I raised.
I picked the car up and the problems were still there, i then got in contact with Jordan and he said "I will sort it" then ignored me for 2 weeks then I asked again and got the same response again, I then went down and spoke to him face to face and he said the same again, I then turn up on the day and the doors locked and no one is in, so I ask again and get ignored.
Long story short I spent £300 on getting the car fixed when I shouldn't have.
AVOID THIS GARAGE LIKE THE BLACK PLAGUE!!!
Cannot be trusted, take your money then ignore you.

Bought a Vauxhall Astra from Jordan from Dalestorth Motors. Very friendly and honest lad, had a little problem with gearbox and within a short period of time I got the car back and drives perfect! highly recommend these guys in future purchases!

My experience with Tom and Jordan has been faultless from start to finish after finding my dream car it developed a fault after a brief phone call I returned the car, they loaned me one of their cars to keep me on the road! after so many bad experiences in the past my faith has been restored these guys are lovely and honest I can highly recommend them.

Jordan was a pleasure to deal with. One month later, the car developed a fault within days of collection. I contacted Jordan and he arranged for me to return the car. The car was with him for five days and since I have collected it again, the fault has gone and the car is a very good purchase. I will definitely buy from Jordan again.

I was looking for my second car as my two years probation was almost up, So i spoke to my stepdad who suggested Dalestorth Motors as he had previously been here. Honesty and transparency is a major thing for me and it was delivered. I spoke to the manager and went through my options with him, he suggested it would be easier to buy outright if i could as opposed to finance. So i decided that was the best option! I test drove my car that day with my stepdad and we decided that I had found the best one for me. During test driving we noticed a few issues, however the car was reduced, so we spoke about the few issues it had. Because the car was reduced we offered them the full price to do the work that needed doing and he agreed. On the day I went to collect my car (just under a week from picking it and paying my deposit) I arrived and we sorted my paper work and went through any questions I had.
