Fantastic staff and customer service. Quite a distance from me, but worth the journey. Bought a car for my Daughter, and all minor cosmetic items were fixed before driving away. Had one issue a few weeks later, and they went the extra mile to try to get to the bottom of it. Would definitely use them again.

I brought a car from this garage 3 weeks ago, picked it up 2 weeks ago, lovely car, the only issue was it didn't have a parcel shelf, which I said I was only buying it if they got one for it, when I picked it up still no parcel shelf but I was told they were still trying to get one, so after coming home & ringing them twice over a couple off weeks they had found one & was having it posted to my address as I live a distance away. It arrived & fitted perfectly. Thanks to the 2 men I delt with who were so kind, caring & professional with the sale, any issues the car had were always done & it had a brand new mot. Excellent service from start to finish. Mat was honest, very knowledgeable and trustworthy as far as my experience goes. Their service garage have good, polite staff. Overall very happy with them and the car I bought.

Been to matt and team for about 12 yrs now .just brought my 5th car from them 2weeks in no problems 3 months warranty with the car .I think since I brought it cld of sold it 5x over. Thank u northgate cars

Bought a used car from this car dealer about two months ago. Deliberately left reviewing it this long to see what went wrong. It’s all working fine and I’m now on my 4th tank of fuel and every time Im getting over 70MPG. I wasn’t hassled into buying the car, they listened to my issues before I bought it and every detail was sorted for when I picked it up. I will be going back there again.

Bought my Nissan Juke from Northgate cars. Had few issues with the car but I am happy with the way Matt dealt with it. He ensure all the issues was rectified. He also arranged for a loan car which was very helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure my car was in good condition and all the repairs that the car needed was done. I am happy with my experience with Northgate cars and Matt. Definitely recommend them and use them again in the future. A very trustworthy car dealer.
