Shirlton Car Sales a Highly Rated used car dealer in Cannock Staffordshire

So we went on the train to view this little car and we were collected at the train station and given the keys to have a test drive and afterwards given all the info on the car to look at our leisure whilst we had a cup of coffee. There was no high pressure selling and we were left to make our own decisions. After we agreed a purchase and came home with the car there was a problem that needed sorting. If we had bought privately or from a dealer with no scruples then we could have been left with sorting this out ourselves. However, not to worry, the car was booked in to have the problem sorted and at all times we were treated courteously. No qualms in recommending them to friends. Couldn't resist posting a photo. I brought a Range Rover Evoque for my wife from Dave from shirlton motors . The Evoque was a 2013 plate so not show room there were a few marks which I pointed out an one of the tyres were bald Dave had the car mopped an marks painted an tyre changed before collecting. One the day of taking the car away the car threw up an error to which I rang Dave an he told me what it was an sorted the issue out for me . Unfortunately 9 months later the same fault came back . I then rang Dave an even though my warranty had ran out ! Dave couldn’t have been more helpful if he tried. Not only did he sort out the diagnostic he took the car to an independent garage for me an arranged for the work to be done . This alone after warranty runs out most car dealers cannot be be bothered, But not only did Dave sort all this out while he could be flogging other cars he also paid a good percentage of the overall cost of the job again 6 months after my warranty had ran out . For those that say they had a bad time here I can honestly say me an my wife have had a fantastic experience purchasing an in the future will not hesitate to contact Dave again.
