I bought a Lexus GS300H from this company 12 months ago. A car difficult to find. Tim was helpful throughout the purchase process, including arranging transfer of personalised number plates. I was concerned about the hybrid battery guarantee with Lexus. To ease my concerns he even had the car serviced at Lexus before I collected it. Now, based on years of experience of buying cars, that was really exceptional customer service. I have just been looking, out of interest, for similar cars on-line.
