I bought my beautiful Jaguar from Auto 99 and received superb service from them. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone I dealt with was polite, friendly and efficient. Real gentlemen. Not often that one experiences such excellent service and customer care. I can definitely recommend.

Fantastic service from the moment I arrived. Very friendly. A few hair line scratches on the car when I arrived, but they promised that would be sorted when I collected the car, which it was! Not a scratch! Sorted everything out so there was no hassle! Would deffinatly recommend this place. I will deffinatly be going to them! 5 stars. Thank you for my lovely BMW.

Waste of time- would not recommend at all!

I rung up to book a viewing for a car the day before, I was asked if on the day I could ring before I left so that I did- they asked me how long I would be so they could bring the car around I told them 40 mins.. 40 mins later I arrive to have a look at the car and they told me ‘we sold it 2 minutes ago’ absolutely astonished at how Terrible their customer service is.
Not happy at all!
