We had a great experience buying our first car with Gatwick Car Sales! We found the car we were looking for and in a great condition. Shaun not only provided a great service but was also very supportive throughout all the buying process. We will definitely come back in the future!

I have bought three quality cars from Gatwick Car Sales and I HIGHLY recommend them. Over the past month, I've had two separate accidents, (which were non-fault) that meant my cars were unfortunately written off. However, after these bizarrely unlucky events, the team have always been really friendly/kind and made finding a new car so much easier. Go get a car from them, because they are GREAT!

If you are concerned about buying a used car from a dodgy geezer on a little car lot, then please don't worry. Our experience with Shaun at Gatwick Car Sales was far from the stereotypical "its only ever had one lady driver" hardcore sales patter.

Let me tell you how our day went. We had to travel from Hampshire to Gatwick, about an hour and a half drive, without traffic. We had previously been let down on an agreed sale in our home town, so were a little bit concerned about it happening again.

We found what looked like a good little Audi A1 on one of the many sites we had been pouring over for days.

I called and Shaun immediately made me feel at ease, he checked the status of the car, explained he would hold onto it for me until we arrived and he knew we would be a while. "The Car is yours until you see it".

When we eventually arrived, Shaun handed over the key, gave us a little route to follow for a test drive and off we went.

Needless to say, we now have a new car.

Shaun is so patient, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. We had a slight issue transferring the funds, our bank is a little bit too secure sometimes. My husband was on the phone "on hold" with the bank for almost an hour, Shaun had no issue and let us do our thing whilst he sorted the paperwork, saw to other clients and chatted with me.

In summary, the car was a very good price, its been to my garage for a health check and passed with flying colours. Shaun and the team are extremely helpful, cannot do enough for you, they are not hard sales, there is no pressure, they cannot do enough to ensure your experience is a positive one.

If you are looking for a second hand car, give them a go, pretty sure if they don't have what you want they will do all they can to help you find it.

From the moment we pulled up Shaun made me feel at ease, especially as I do not really know anything about cars! I wanted something that was cheap on tax, petrol and insurance, we worked our way round all the cars on the forecourt till I ended up with exactly what I wanted.

I bought a Blue Toyota Aygo 2008 from Gatwick car sales in August 2021 so after a year I feel i can give a more accurate review.... The car is mechanically ok, and I havent had any real issues with it. The service I got from them was really good. I Initially went to see a Toyota Yaris but after talking to Shaun he also advised me to look at the Aygo they just received as stock it was in their lot for about 2 days, they didnt put me under any pressure to buy anything and the staff are very friendly. A very good dealership.

A really pleasant experience, saw a car on Friday and collected Saturday morning. Highly recommended, customer service is second to none.
