Outstanding service by Mark at Imperial Marques over the past couple of weeks; immediate response to any messages sent over, and as I am a first time buyer, he walked me through the process brilliantly, clearly explaining the process and what is included in the price. I can’t recommend Mark and Imperial Marques enough. I was initially sceptical of used car sales from a previous bad experience but Mark is nothing like that. There was no pressure and he was really helpful. I love the BMW 1 series I purchased, which was exactly as described. Mark’s communication was excellent throughout and made the purchase during this difficult time really easy. I haven’t had to use his after sales but I have every confidence that it’ll be as good as the presale service.

I recently bought a car from Mark at Imperial Marques and can honestly say it was the most trouble free experience imaginable.
Buying secondhand can be a bit of a gamble, even with modern consumer legislation for reassurance. The car I bought had a couple of small issues, as even new cars do, which Mark was positively anxious to hear about and fix. Nothing was too much trouble. Mark is entirely straightforward and straight dealing. I will have no hesitation in dealing with him in the future. In fact i look forward to it. Highly recommended.
