Big Mistake!

Keys were an absolute mess, the blade and key fob came apart in the ignition on the journey home from garage in result by an awful super glue job done on the already snapped key.

Inspected the car further on the next morning only to find huge damage on the passenger side skirt, caved in, Also paint on the driver side rear door completely yellowed in two patches not mentioned on the listing or mentioned to me when purchasing vehicle.
Sold with "Excellent bodywork" in description.

Emailed seller regarding these problems, I didn't even suggest I wanted these fixed but acknowledged that the seller had been dishonest with me.
But instead seller completely ignored this and suggested the discount on the car I had is the reason for this.

Sold with "full service and New M.O.T" but was both 6 months old.

Car is now also idling up and down.

Lost all Confidence and trust in seller.

Do Not trust this Garage.
Find car elsewhere.

Tony and the staff at Atherstone Garage went above and beyond for me and my partner. They communication was brilliant and they helped in any way they could. Definitely worth going to a family run Garage to get a helpful and individual service. My husband and myself travelled from Somerset to get our new car. It is a second hand car but have to say we will be coming back when we also change our family wagon. Cannot recommend this place enough. Just good honest service and the car is simply stunning. Everything they said it would be and more…….not going anywhere else 🙂

Very disappointed in this garage. I purchased a car from who I believe is the owner (Tony) the car looked to be good condition and fairly well priced maybe a bit higher than I would expect. I was ensured i would be looked after and if anything was went wrong I shouldn’t hesitate or be worried about asking them to try and fix it. There was problem after problem with my vehicle. The customer service was awful and I would not recommend them to anyone. May aswell turn around and say to me “your car your problem” I feel sorry for all of their customers that buy without checking reviews before hand. Rant over. I DO NOT RECCOMEND

Bought a car on low miles, for a higher price than normal, was promised to be looked after to be given warranty, they didn’t uphold either of these promises.
Every four weeks I had a serious issue with the car , as well as issues with the engine the same week I took the car home. It was like a curse, the garage owner was extremely cheeky and ur bothered even though I was on tears on the phone a few times.
Please save yourself the hassle and don’t go here,
I understand cars have problems, but I’ve never had any problems so frequent and severe like this, and I’ve never had customer service so upsetting before.

Great service from Tony. Bought a great car at a good price and several years later I traded it in with them with no hassle. Would highly recommend!

My daughter bought a car from Atherstone Garage and traveled 104 miles to pick it up she coulded fault the service she had from Tony and Adam at the garage. The car did have a fault after a week with the start/stop system but being to far away the garage paided for it to be fixed at a local garage to her and she would buy another car from them in the future.
