I was told where the car was bought from and it was ready with new MOT and service on the pick up day. The car was cleaned to very high standards as if it newly arrived from showroom and that made me ask them about the products they used for cleaning and polish. Found a couple little things after (cosmetic) and they repaired without any question, for a used car sale, this is extraordinary in my opinion.

I bought a 14 plate Mercedes E-Class Estate back in April 2021 and writing this review over 1.5 years later :) Great car, no issues, brilliant. I just want to say: you may gather as much information as you can about the car you want to buy, be it MOTs, inspections, your mechanic's opinions etc. but lastly it all comes down to how trustworthy and honest the dealer is. So yes 5 stars, honest, kind and trustworthy. I drove by the place today and very good and positive memory, the car is still immaculate, thank you.

Bought 3 cars from here first one returned as engine management light wouldn’t go off swapped for another car the clutch cable snapped whilst i was driving it to be told by the garage who repaired it that it had been bodged obviously to sell it on.My husband then bought a car from there again went back whilst under warranty due to engine management light coming on he has spent over £2000 in the past two years as we have had nothing but problems went back into Garage yesterday to be told it’s going to cost another £2500 to fix it again we still have the same problems as when it was sold to us absolute cowboys 😡

I went to view a car today with a view to test drive it and when my friend who is a mechanic starting asking questions the sales man became very defensive and rude and like a child walked away with test plates

This put us off buying the car or indeed dealing with this place again

Both Martin and Steve Whyman are very friendly gents and were very helpful all the way throughout my purchase. As with all used cars, get an RAC or AA inspection before buying though as mine turned out to be seriously corroded on the rear axle. I'm pleased that Steve rectified the issue though, very quickly, and supplied me with a car to use while mine was in the garage. Fingers crossed there are no more issues.

Friendly, professional, and helpful. Our son purchased a really good, documented and well serviced car. No pressure sales atmosphere really enhanced what can sometimes be a "tricky" process. Recommended.

Genuine local garage that really puts customer first. They're professional and friendly bunch to deal with, thankfully they aren't pushy and will help you buy a car that suits your needs.
