Went to look at a couple of cars and Charles couldn't even answer a couple of simple questions about the cars or take any critique of the negatives of it (the engine sounding bad) got so offended and basically told us to leave. It's clear they only want idiots buying their cars so they can be taken advantage of. You only need to look at the sacastic replies to their negative reviews to see how unprofessional this place is, definitely avoid.

I bought a Ford Mondeo St-Line X from them just over a year ago, after roughly 20,000 miles I can definitely say they sold a quality car. They put a fresh mot on for me and replaced the front tyres free of charge. If anything was going to go wrong with the car when they sold it, it would have happened by now. Would well reccomend 👍🏻

Not a good first experience tbh. They couldn't find the keys then while they were doing that we inspected the car which was advertised as a excellent conditioned car which was a load of bs! On arrival front drivers side tyre was flat as a pancake and front bumper and grill were either hanging off or been poorly glued back together so me and GF left before they even came back too us. Misleading unprofessional avoid.

Edit- The manager (Shane) has just rang me up 3 days later to apologize which I appreciate and he offered to bring the car to me but obviously I'm not interested now. I didn't like the fact he asked me to remove this review though as the above ^ is all true for my experience. They might be an amazing little business but first impressions count so that's it. Again I appreciate Shane for ringing me.

Bought a VW Polo a week ago from this garage, everything was fine with the car until I had an issue with the power steering. Phoned up and they sorted it the same day no hassle. Excellent customer service and made sure everything else was spot on. Even had the car valeted before returning it to me. Brilliant business.

Fantastic company, great salesman very polite not like other garages that are pushy! Had a lot off time for his customers answering every question I had in detail. I’m very happy with the service I received. I highly recommended. An will definitely be using there services in the future.

Hi people,not gonna beat about the Bush here,but if I was you give this garage a massive miss,they lie,mess you about,&sometimes dont get the job done correctly,there mechanic is an absolute joke not trust worthy at all,they haven't been here long either,dont know where they came from,when we took our car there for the 1st time it didn't feel right but we went with it anyway to see what they was like,they dont even deserve a 0 score,I understand everyone makes mistakes but it was a big1 involving something major,&on top of that you get lied to aswell,&they always say if they need to that is we shall ring you back,but they never do,honestly guys if I was you go to a different garage I swear.Its just that me&my family dont want this to happen to someone else guys!STAY CLEAR FROM THIS GARAGE....

Really poor communication. Was hung up on when calling the garage. Went to look at a car not even a week ago yet it’s been sold to someone who had apparently been ‘looking at it longer’. Poor garage who have handled the situation poorly too. It was better before they sold themselves out. Will take our money elsewhere:)

First time I have used Graylands to M.O.T. my car. They will now be my go to garage in future, very good very friendly.
