Croxley Car Centre

Excellent after sales customer service. Bought an Audi A3 from Croxley a couple of months ago. Excellent car but discovered a problem with the Multi-Media Interface. Was hesitant about calling Croxley Car Centre about it because it was clearly not something covered by the warranty. Got it looked at by Audi, and they quoted me £4,000 to fix it. Eventually contacted Croxley who fixed it for me free of charge. They really went above and beyond to get a difficult problem fixed. Thanks Pridpal, Andy and Aaron. Refreshing to find a used car dealers that puts the customer first.

On Wednesday I went down to the car centre and met Aaron who guided me through the process of selling my car to them. He was very polite, and helpful, and clearly knew what he was doing. Everyone who I saw and met on the day were nice, genuine people, and I was truly impressed by my experience.

I live in St Albans and decided to try Croxley Car Centre which has an excellent and long standing reputation. I purchased a VW golf and the whole process from start to finish was seamless with authentic, open and knowledgeable employees. The purchase price of the car was very competitive. Would definitely recommend having been let down by a main dealer and one of the new on-line car purchase and delivery companies. Keep your car buying local and build a relationship with a local garage.

My car needed servicing and MOT and also some other minor work. Croxley Car Centre came highly recommended to me and I was not disappointed. The work was carried out efficiently and quickly and now my car is running like new! Also very good value and great customer service. Thank you.

Think I met/spoke to the entire staff over the process of buying my first electric and actually my first solo purchase, I had A LOT of question and did A LOT of checks. They were friendly, professional, knowledgable, accommodating and patient throughout, and no pressure, quite the opposite in fact. Everything in order, car in really good condition and as described, very pleased with it and the experience, would definitely check in with them again next time I’m in the market. Thanks again for a very positive experience.

Very professional, friendly service with a personal feel to it. We bought a Honda, had it 8 months now it's a great car sold by an enthusiastic , polite and knowledgeable salesman. Would definitely go back next time we need a car. So much nicer than these big soulless chain places!
