I recently bought a fiat 500 pop from Braddons of Plymouth and I can hands down say it was the best customer service I have experienced. Mervin carried out extensive checks and brought the car up to an exceptional condition, even going the extra mile when something was flagged up on the car on the day of purchase, resolving it promptly. I would recommend anyone to look at buying their next car from Braddons because you really feel looked after as a customer especially if this is your first time buying a car.

Outstanding customer service! Bought an Insignia two months ago and the car has not been without its issues. However, these problems couldn’t have been anticipated on sale. Mervyn has been extremely quick to resolve all issues and gone above and beyond to keep that customer rapport.
