They have vehicles on car guru for great prices but the take pic so you can't see reg, cos the vehicle don't exist, it's made up and when you make enquiry's they will tell you it's sold but they have another, oh and one of the first question they ask is cash or finance, if you say cash they don't want to deal with you, finance is better cos they can make more money out of you BEWARE GO TO A TRUSTWORTHY HONEST CAR SALES

My experience at Aintree Garages was positive because I've purchased the vehicle I wanted. There was plenty of choice. Not once ever pressured ,always kept upto date day day to day on what was happening with purchase. Carl the salesman was a pleasure to deal with . Very helpful..Will definitely be using again in the near future

The mechanics have made my BMW 3 Series even worse than when it went in. I only needed an exhaust part fitted to stop it from rattling and the driver side window.

When I got the car back, the exhaust sounded like a rally car and the mechanics have refused to do the window despite ordering in the parts because “it’s too much work.” In other words, they couldn’t or didn’t know how to do it.

The sales team always promise calls back and don’t pass on your messages or call back at all, then make excuses for the mechanics and say “Well, as you can understand, we have a three month backlog.” As if that’s an excuse for abysmal amateur service.

Please, whatever you do, don’t risk your car or your money with these people. To call them cowboys would be more of a compliment because they’re worse.

Great experience at aintree garages with buying my second car. Wasn’t pushed or forced like I felt like elsewhere, the salesmen were friendly and helpful and there competitive prices are great

Bought my first car from here sales staff were very helpful did not pressure me in any way they talked me threw everything i needed to know, if had any problems they would sort it out straight away would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

I dealt with Carl, an have to say was very relaxed an friendly to the point that I felt OK with leaving a deposit on the car without even driving it. I was in the trade in Ireland so know a good salesmen when I come across one. Whilst we didn't get a deal over line. I will be back in the future. Recommended dealing with Carl.
