Amazing customer service. Andy helped and talked me through the whole process and helped me find the perfect car and took my old car for part exchange. Couldn’t recommend this company highly enough. I didn’t think I could get finance for a car as I had poor credit and Andy fully explained how to go about getting a car on the same day and went the extra mile by advising me how to Improve my credit file for the future to make it easier next around. Couldn’t recommend highly enough to anyone looking to buy a car 😊

I can't praise this company high enough, especially Andy for the invested time, efforts and success in helping me not only to find the right car, but also the right financial advice, finance, insurance quotes and actually to set all needed applications including test drive in the short time of half a day up. This costumer service is for me unheard 'till now and I can with honesty highly recommend Mc Cabe Motors to anyone in need for a reliable car including finance.

After spotting a BMW 318i at a great price online I called to arrange a test drive. When I arrived, the car was immaculate and all ready for me to take out in a Covid safe environment. The salesman Lee, was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and he was happy to accommodate me in any way he could. Communications were fantastic throughout including after the sale with nothing too much trouble from all the people who work there. After I decided to buy the car, it was ready to pick up with a full 12 month MOT on it the next afternoon! They even gave it a full valet complete with leather cleaner for the interior! This has been the best car buying experience I've encountered over the years and I would highly recommend this company. McCabe Motors are quite a distance from where I live but I won't hesitate to go back the next time I am after a new car. In all, this is a great company with brilliant people and a superb customer service who I would highly recommend.

Lee (Leon) and Andy have been absolutely amazing. We called about the car and they were never pushy, just totally honest and couldn't do enough for us. They delivered the car free of charge and their customer service following is just as outstanding as the first day we called. Can't recommend them enough and we will be buying any future cars through these guys

Test drove a Fiesta on Saturday the 27th April and put a holding deposit down until the Monday. I checked that this was refundable and was told by Michaela it was and that the usual amount was £100, which I paid. I was called at 7pm that night to say that they hadn't had it, but then shortly after they realised they did. I decided against the car and called first thing Monday morning to advise. I asked if they needed my bank details to process the refund but was told that Andy had them, but he took them down anyway. By Thursday 29th I still hadn't been refunded, so sent an e-mail. I didn't get a response so I messaged Michaela on the 30th who said it would be looked in to. I then got a call to say that the deposit wasn't refundable and that they had lost a sale. I told him that I was told by Michaela that it was refundable and he said he didn't know that. I offered a compromise of them returning £50 and was told that he would get back to me. I haven't heard anything. At best the staff need training in company policy, at worst I've been deliberately lied to.

Went to look at a bmw 5series but there wasn't any sales men in the yard got fed up an left ‽??
