What a fantastic dealer and team! Smoothest purchase ever, Lee absolutely lovely to deal with, travelled 1.5 hours there and glad we did, took the car for a test drive, great car and a great price, all done in about an hour. Highly recommend them.

Located our car through Auto Trader and was about 3 hours travel time from home. Spoke with the garage and the salesman gave us the confidence to make a 6 hour round trip to view the car.
Our previous experience of viewing a car some distance from home when mis-described was very disappointing.
We purchased the car on viewing from the genuine small garage. They arranged transport, at cost for the vehicle to be trailered to our home after PDI and service.
Unfortunately, through no fault of anyone, the car engine management light came on, on day one. This was rectified ASAP at a local garage and paid for in full by Clarke’s without hesitation.
I would certainly recommend dealing with this garage - they are to be TRUSTED and offer a first class service.

I have always had trust issues where 2nd hand car sales are concerned, however, I recently purchased a used car from here and am very happy with my purchase. I dealt with Lee mainly, and he has been absolutely excellent. after a test drive, there were a few very minor bits that I asked to be addressed, and they were all dealt with before I collected the car.
The day after collection, the passenger window switch just stopped working, I spoke to Lee and he ordered a new switch and it was fitted quickly at the expense of Clarks cars.
I definitely recommend looking here if you're in the market for a used car.

Absolutely brilliant service. My Son part exchanged his car with Clark's whilst working down near them. Without going into detail they helped him with an issue and went above and beyond with service.

Bought a VW Tiguan off Lee and from start to finish was a thoroughly pleasant experience. We were able to secure looking at the car by way of a refundable deposit 5 days before we could get there which alot of places wouldnt even consider doing. Very helpful and informative and nothing was too much trouble. I absolutely love the car 👌 will be back for my husbands car at some point.

Traveled from Glasgow(run into storm Eunice)trains, planes and automobiles we finally got to the dealership. On arrival and seeing the car (VW Tiguan 4motion) the journey was well worth it. Was greeted by Lee from the dealership who had kept me up to date with the car throughout the week. Car was fully serviced, timing belt and water pump had been changed. The one advisory on mot were repaired at dealers cost. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a high quality used car. My daughter was very impressed with the quality of VW golfs that we’re on display. We would have no hesitation to travel back down to pick one up for her at a later date. I wish this company all the best in the future
