Shame there's not a option to give a zero rating. Avoid at all costs, this company has sold an unroadworthy car to an association of mine. They are now not returning phone calls back to try and resolve this issue. This dealership has taken advantage of a young driver, and are not abiding by the long distance selling regulations and are selling unfit vehicles.

If the dealership return our phone calls and resolve the issues with the Ford Fiesta on the 25th February 2022, I will happily amend / remove this review.

If the dealership fails to respond & resolve, this matter will be taken further through trading standard / small claims

Rang up earlier in the week to enquire and place a reservation fee down on a car I had seen on the website. It was exactly what I was looking for and was cautious it would sell by the time I made it to the dealership. When I rang I was told the car had sold the day earlier and after mentioning I had waited for them to open to call straight away I was laughed at. I understand cars sell everyday, no issue with that.
A few days later I had received an email stating the car was still available and there must’ve been a mix up, I had no issues although I had very short replies and didn’t get a response to a question I asked.

Arrived at the dealership earlier today and noticed the large amount of cars for sale, wide variety, brilliant. Until I noticed that practically every car had some form of damage. This is not mentioned on the advertisements they post online. Secondly I could not find one salesman at all, so I left.

As this was to be my first ever car I was excited to look and buy but was disappointed. I understand vehicles can be damaged/previously a write off but with no one to ask questions to or even having a heads up on the ad made the experience poor.

Lots of cars, tends to specialise in Ford. Daughter went there to rest drive both a Ka and a fiesta. Bought a fiesta. Picking up once serviced, bits that need doing, MOT and valet has been done.

Me and my husband were very happy with the service we received. Very helpful staff and we'd highly recommend Trade Cars Liverpool our family and friends.

Went in to Trade Cars Liverpool after a recommendation from a friend who bought there car there, there was a variety of easily over 100 cars and lots of new driver first time small engine cars so was ideal for me i got a ford fiesta all staff were very helpful will be sending friends/family in future

Don’t buy a car here they are liars there cars faulty faulty after 3 months they say you’ve got RAC cover which you haven’t trust me i know lying on their website, false advertisement, They rude don’t return calls no communication regret ever dealing with this people. I’m in the process taking them to court that’s a bad this is please trust me stay away from this dealer…..

Bought a car in April for my daughter I now believe the MOT supplied with the car is false as the same faults from the previous MOT are still on the vehicle AVOID AT ALL COST John the owner is not interested.

AVOID AT ALL COST! drive it half way home and found no coolant in the car. They wouldn't come and recover the car, so I had to send countless hours waiting for a recovery. When I only just bought the car i think its fair for them to cone and recover it. Customer service was shocking bad also. Only good thing was they gave our money back.
