What more can I say absolutely extremely professional and was on hand with all my questions. They had all the history of the car and I never saw The Range Rover apart from a video call. I purchased my new car from RDM a few weeks ago, the whole experience was relaxed and everyone at the garage was super friendly and professional. I dealt with Dan and had been into the dealership a few times (a lot) during the decision process and he was happy to answer any queries I had. They gave me a fair price for my part ex & it seems the car is thoroughly checked before you drive away. I would recommend to anyone who’s looking at purchasing a new car.

Great service from Niall and no pressure experience. Highest offer given for my old car PX at RDM.. NEW car had a fault after purchase. Got it fixed at my local garage and RDM happily paid for the repairs so can't complain!

A truly terrible experience with this company !
After six months of waiting for parts to be sent I have given up on them without asking for the passenger seat been repaired/replaced. They have supplied parts (as and when they could be bothered) that were required but I paid for them to be fitted and painted. The description given was the bodywork was good !
The car was in a terrible condition when delivered and was nothing like the condition I had been told it was in by them.
A summer and over 1k wasted on this car and company.
Please don't be as stupid as me and believe what you're told by them when buying a car ! Customer service is dreadful !

Rocked up and got chatting with Dan and immediately got a good feeling.

I wanted to buy a car and he wanted to sell me one, no funny business just straight talking and honest.

Even when there were a couple of issues my end, he was always helpful, polite and worked with me to get solutions that worked for us both.

In the end bought my car, and am over the moon.

Had the best and easiest experience buying my dream car thanks to Luke and RDM Direct! Right from the get go, everything was explained clearly to me (which is great for a car novice like myself), I wasn't hounded and was given plenty of time and knowledge which helped me come to my decision.
