Purchased my new Golf R from the guys at V12 Wolverhampton. Done the whole deal by phone and email with Rajinder and he couldn't have been anymore helpful. Even picked me up from the train station on the morning of collection. All the guys on site were really friendly and even the valeter came and spoke to me to make sure I was happy with the condition of the car. Jordan (I think, sorry!) who done the handover was very knowledgeable and made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. In short wouldn't hesitate to buy a car blind with these guys again. A real credit to the motor trade 👌.

We picked up our Volvo v40 yesterday. On the drive home the clutch failed with the peddle stuck to the floor. When I rang v40 they asked us to send it to a garage so that a diagnostic report can be made. It seems that all the garages in my area are very busy and either don’t want to deal with momentum warranties or can’t look to fix the car for over a month. I’m now stuck with a car that I can’t use. What v12 don’t seem to recognise is that when you spend a lot of money on a car and it breaks within 10 miles of their showroom it makes a mockery of their so called AA inspection. Also if something goes wrong it should be their responsibility to solve the issue. So far I’ve spent ages waiting on the telephone for customer support and have had to get the car to numerous garages who can’t help me. I’ve spent a whole day trying to sort this out, and probably much more time next week. I’m really dissatisfied with the service I’ve received. It seems that v12 are happy to make it my problem to sort out their issue. V12 have no problems employing sales people, but can’t pay for anyone in customer service. My advice would be to avoid this company at all costs and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Good experience buying a used Ford Mondeo. The vehicle is in good condition and mechanically sound. Wayne was very professional and helpful with all the questions I had. The customer service team was also patient and helped me with the finance.The whole experience was tip top from start to finish.

Update: following on from below. We have now been back to store 3 times and they still have not given a refund. The broke car was returned on Saturday to them and has now been removed from the garage. We have no car .. no money and after sales is a lie. They never answer we can’t get threw to anyone. Try calling before you have a car and see for your self. This company is run by people who don’t care. I see in the reviews they respond with lies about AA checks but read more reviews it’s all lies .

First post : We have purchased a car that broke down after 7 days. We are now having difficulty recovering our money back .. the customer service is not good. We took our car to a Vat garage as they told us, that garage has now called to say they are refusing to pay him for his work so far as the car had not been fixed . They are now out of pocket and it looks like I will have a big push on my hands to get my money too.

We travelled from Surrey to Wolvehampton on the bank holiday Monday. Sarda picked us up from the train station in the car we had reserved, gave me the keys and we proceeded on a 20 minute test drive. The whole experience with Sarda, Sid and Mark at V12 was very pleasant and stress free. I cant recommend these guys enough. Thank you.

Berry from sales team, represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, and responses to queries were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for me to make informed decisions quickly.V12 Sports and Classic is Fantastic company.

Be brought our Audi from here and Barry the sales man was brilliant. Although we now have to take them to court with a 3k issue on our car because they won’t fix the issue. Well within the 6 months of purchasing the vehicle. Under the consumer’s rights act they have to fix the car, a long drawn out process before our wedding. Just what we wanted this year!! Won’t go near them again. But we will fight this till the end..
