Spoke to Roger about a warning light on a car I have. It wasn't one Roger had sold but he plugged the laptop in found the fault, and explained the problem and how to fix it it.

Luckily it was not something that was critical so could still drive home, and that reassurance is what you want.

Roger knows the cars he trades in very well and I'd be confident buying a car from him.

I can’t speak highly enough of Roger’s excellent service, and how much effort he puts in to giving his customers a good experience.

He was also completely honest and open with us in our dealings with him, and went above and beyond what was reasonably expected of him, for example re-gassing the air-conditioning system and replacing the radio.
