Can’t recommend these guys enough. Really nice none pushy sales men. Just let us view the car, make our own decision on what we wanted. No hassle at all. Had a problem with the car and there was no quibble. They got it sorted, paid the bill and our car is working fine. Absolutely no argument or reasoning about the problem they just got it sorted. Would I buy a car from here again. Certainly if they had one. We bought the car back in 2017 and still have it now.

I purchased a Ford Mondeo from this dealer on 1st June 2021. A couple of weeks after, while going to work the car went into limp mode and engine malfunction lights came on the dashboard. I contacted the dealer and was told take the car into their garage, & they gave me a courtesy car while they had a look at mine, they changed a part on my car but that didn't work. I collected the car , got about a mile from there garage and the engine malfunction lights came on. went back to work garage. Kirsty had a look at the dashboard and told me take it to a garage around the corner, on an industrial estate. This garage plugged a laptop into the ice and the mechanic took a photo on his phone. I then had the courtesy car for 6 weeks while my car was at this garage and then Tamworth Ford but the problem was never resolved. Was told to collect the car a week before the 3 month warranty ran out. After that phoned each time it happened and was given 1 excuse after another, didn't have a courtesy car to lend me. Was always dealing with either Kirsty or a young lad never the directors who are in a office at the back, dishing the orders.
When phoned the last time was told by Kirsty that the part they fitted solved the problem and they engine malfunction now was a different problem.
WILL NEVER USE THIS DEALER AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM.

Very good buying experience. Bought the car " blind " off the website, but neednt of worried. Everything was as described, handover was a smooth as silk and car is superb ! Would highly recommend . . .

Just purchased a car from this garage and I can’t fault them in any way friendly staff not pushy left us to view the car test drove it. Everything that needed doing on the car was done and was ready when we picked it up yesterday. Highly recommend 👍 thanks guys

I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, bought a vehicle without viewing in person , due to Covid. I was given an accurate description of the car and they arranged delivery on a transporter down to Surrey at a competitive price. Vehicle is superb and I am very happy with the service overall.
