Honestly on both occasions they have been amazing with me. They pulled out all the stops for me to get the car I wanted I honestly find them very helpful.

Amazing staff and service this was my first experience with a finance car and it couldn’t have been better any questions I had were answered and the benefits you get with yo ur car you won’t get anywhere else I’ve not recommended my friend to get her first car as well and will continue to recommend to anyone who asks . Through my own and several peoples experiences whom I know took out finance from this garage. They were all given the highest interest rates and informed that’s the only one they could get.

These guys are giving the highest interest rates to people just like me, at the time, too timid to question it, and claiming extortionate commission for themselves too. I am looking into whether I was Miss-sold, I suggest others do to.

Brought a 2017 vauxhall astra ,came with a full MOT no advisories, 3 days later the rear brakes failed no brake material on the pads also rear tyres had bad cracking there response was well we don't MOT our cars but they should check there cars before selling them to customers. Now the car has got a timing chain rattle which ok the warranty they give you will sort it but no the warranty they sell you autogard does not cover wear and tear but when you have only owned the car for 3 weeks how can it be down to me to cover the cost as the manager says it down to buying a second hand car and we are not paying for the repair .just avoid and if you buy a car from the have it checked as they are cowboys

Bought a car here 4 months ago. The sales man was very adamant that I need the warranty added. I was surprised but then a week later there were coolant issues.
They told me that it’s just a general issue and they have fixed it.

Turns out the car has a massive unresolved coolant leak issue and now the car needs an entire head gasket change. That’s if the coolant problems didn’t cause engine damage.

Shady business, don’t buy from here

Thank you so much for my first ever car, this is absolutely perfect for myself my partner and children so spacious the service I’ve received is amazing! I signed my agreement today and also got the car today, the guy kept in contact with me all the way through the process I was so nervous and wary at first but I trusted my gut and went with it and I’m so glad I did it’s also very affordable failed for finace everywhere but got accepted here thank you again.

The service is amazing! I love my car, the staffs customer services doesn’t end when you get the car, they have helped so much. I couldn’t be more grateful, if you need a cheap, good nic car with great service this is where you need to go.

Excellent service from John over the phone. I asked for more photos of the inside of the vehicle which were sent to me with 5 minutes. I picked out my new car before midday & it was delivered that afternoon to me in Staffordshire. I was recommended by my niece who had bought a car the weekend before from here. If your looking for a new vehicle, I couldn't recommend Cheshire Trade Centre highly enough.
