We had a bad experience with another delaer who promised time and time again same car but the car never existed.

Drove 70 miles to buy a car which was available, after arriving was surprised to see the amount of nice cars for sale. After a good look around and a short test drive, paid for the car and took it home. Had it two weeks and I'm glad I made the trip. Fantastic experience purchasing a car here!

Visited to have a look at a 2008 Focus TDCI, car was in good shape for the age and I was considering purchasing the car right then and there!

However, he stated that the car wasn't for sale just yet, as there were some engine related issues he needed to fix beforehand. So he offered to contact me when the car was ready.

After he had his mechanic look at the car, they noticed an additional problem which needed attention, so he contacted me advising of the issue and stated that he needed to delay it while it was looked at.
Something else to note, is that he kindly advised that I didn't need to make a deposit (but could if I wanted to) and so he kept ahold of the car for me till it was ready!

On the day it was ready, I visited once more and proceeded to purchase. He insisted on a test drive, so we did just that. No knocks or anything, very smooth driving. When we got back I purchased the car and stated I was very greatful for the honesty and great experience, as most dealers now-days try and hide underlying issues for a quick profit.

Absolutely recommend this dealer in a heartbeat!

Great customer service, amazing to deal with. Very honest about any faults the car had (which were none). Took a sensible deposit and was happy to hold the car for up to two weeks. His other stock looked very clean, presentable and good value. Could not recommend this person enough. Go and see him if you need a second hand car around the Midlands.

The dealer is a genuine good guy and will tell you everything you need to know about the vehicle and will answer any questions you have in regards to the vehicle or buying process.

All vehicles are checked that everything is okey and is very helpfull if there are any problems or concerns you have.

He does offer test drives if you want- you can drive it with a partner or personal mechanic- no trouble there.

When looking at a car he is able to pull the vehicle out so there is space around it - given that you gave him a heads up that youre coming to view a specific car .He gives you the keys and gives you all the time you want to check everything. Also provides all the documentation before you buy and doesnt rush you. If youre not familiar with the model he can show you all the features and guide you.

A great range of vehicles are on show and is able to answer questions about any car he has on site, and offers personal advice on specific models based on his experience.

The buying process is simple and he is able to help when filling out documentation. Paying is also quick and simple.

Based on my experience he is very flexible with time as long as you communicate (this is normal). He always answered the phone and was always waiting for me when ever I arrived.

I would recomend this place to everyone - I traveled 3 hours and when arrived he had everything ready for me and was always relaxed.

I was in between two cars that wasn’t sure which one to have, the guy was very helpful and explained the differences between them to suit my needs the best.
