Very happy with the car and the service from the sales team.
Trade in value of my car wasn't as good as I was hoping, but was fair, and the screen price for the new car was very good. Full service history and a spotless presentation made it an easy decision after the test drive. The only fault I could find was a few kerb marks on the front wheels and these were sorted before collection. With a full 12 months warranty, I am very happy.

i was provided with a quality service in selecting my current new vehicle. All the relevant paper work was dealt with in a truly professional manner.
I was very well pleased with the service that I received. Over the years I have purchased several cars and am glad to say this was one of the easiest transactions with a minimum of fuss. Having previously purchased a new car from the Retford branch I had no hesitation in going back there as the staff are very friendly, informative and approachable.

First class service. Made an appointment for 10am on Wednesday, to view the car and we decided we wanted to buy the car. We arranged to pick the car up on Saturday, we were met at the station and the staff and especially Mark Rodgers were helpful and courteous throughout the transaction. Lots of cups of teas and lots of good advice. They even took us to the post office in Retford to tax the car as my husband is disabled. I can only highly recommend this company and would buy through them again especially from the Retford branch.

Bought a car from them. The car turned out to have several faults. Made several attempts to resolve issues but in the end I've had to sell the car.
The reason I have given 2 stars is because at no point did they refuse to look at the car, they remained polite at all times. I paid thousands for a car to use for work and after 3 months I still didn't feel safe or comfortable using the car for work so I had to do something with more urgency than they have put into fixing my car.
I will never use Perrys again because they didn't resolve issues in a timely manner.

I thought I'd reviewed my purchase but it doesn't appear to have appeared anywhere.

So I'll post it now.
Bought a Hyundai Ioniq back in March.
A well looked after and well presented vehicle which i am extremely pleased with.

The whole buying experience was simple straightforward friendly and professional.

Mark Rodgers who i dealt with was a pleasure to deal with.

Lovely little car purchased from Perry’s. The first time we have purchased a car online without having seen it first but we are very pleased with it. One small suggestion I would make is that the car had a couple of scuffs and the drivers seat was ripped and it would have been helpful if some photos had been shown to reflect this in the advert rather than discovering it upon collection. However, we did not expect to buy a secondhand car in perfect condition and are very happy overall

I listed my car for sale on autotrader, and Perry's called me and told me they were interested in buying my car at list price or very close to.

I drove for 40 minutes for them to offer a price 30% lower than the asking price. This is after they'd seen the pictures of the car and spoken to me on the phone.

Don't waste your time at this dealership.

Purchased a car from here and my dad drove 91 miles for it. We were told by Mark that the car will be fuelled up to take us back home but as we drove back it didn't even last 10 miles before we had to fuel up again. Quite disappointed that we spent so much money and this company couldn't even fuel up for us and my dad had to stop and fuel up again 10 miles in. On top of that I was told the car was valeted but the condition of it wasn't as clean as I anticipated when it arrived. You need to make sure you give a full valet to customers who purchase cars from you. For them it's a new car and it must be clean for their use. Your customers make your business, keep them happy so they return to you. I am happy with my car but the service wasn't so great as no compensation was given.
