Okay, I am revising this post because I wrote it on the heat of the moment. So, with a more objective view of what had happened, I can say that I was happy with my tires getting changed. They offered to collect the car and drop it off after the tires were replaced. But they had issues to return my car on time. I still believe I should had being informed that the car was being returned later than what I was expecting. I had emphasized that because of my business being located in a rural area, I need the car to do the school run. So after I had that terrible experience, I went back and had my car serviced. At that occasion, I decided to stay in town whilst the service was being carried out. The service was done very quickly and I was able to drive my car in time for the school run.
ORIGINAL POST - I am livid waiting for my car to be returned to me. I have agreed the car would be back for 3pm. It is now 3:20pm and I don't have the sight of my car. The car was picked up at 10:30 in morning, the driver was informed I needed the car back for 3pm because I have school run. I was told it was going to be done. So, just to make sure call the garage at 2:30pm. Paid for the service. Got told the car was going to be on its way soon. Now, received a call from the garage to say the car left Wellingborough at 2:55pm and the driver got stuck in a car crash. What a shody service. I am very annoyed with the lack of professionalism.

I would not recommend Peugeot in wellingborough to anyone, I have recently visited Peugeot in wellingborough for a Sevice on my boxer van to be told I needed a new steering column and injectors Only after informing the garage and telling them they are wrong and there is no way these things need replacing as it has been checked recently, I was told a master technician would have a look and confirmed there don't need replacing. I have also been back for a problem regarding locking system on my van it took three visits and each time something else to resolve the issue. Lucky for me I'm in a high paid job and I have all the time in the world. Extremely unhappy and don't understand how a garage like this can get away with it.
Every time I left the garage something new was wrong with my van.

This was my first time with Broadgreen and will definitely not be my last, they were professional, experienced and very helpful. We mostly dealt with a new member of the team (His name was Aidan) but he was amazing in what he did for us he hasn't pushy at all , everything was checked by his supervisor (His name was Richard). After collecting the car and about 2 - 3 weeks later an issue with the service light not being rest but as we had traveled from over an hour and a half away, they found a local dealership to be able to fix it for me free of charge. We did have an issue with the log book for my old car that I had part exchanged as the DVLA took over 3 weeks for it to arrive but they didn't mind or complain once. Thank you

Had a very pleasant experience purchasing a used car with the help of James. All the way through the process he was available to answer emails and calls, answering questions quickly and honestly. He even quickly answered questions via email after we had paid and gone home. Excellent service!!!

There was not a hint of pressure, even when a cheaper Corsa from the associated Vauxhall garage next door caught my eye for a few minutes, James didn't hesitate to get the keys so we could test drive that one too... Didn't like it though so we quickly dropped that idea.

The Peugeot 208 we bought is lovely and was very competitively priced considering all of the optional extras we were surprised with which were not in the original advert.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealer based on our experience this week and today.

Purchased a used Nissan from Broad Green Motors and had a few problems with the car that Nissan wouldn't repair under the manufacturers warranty. Richard and Alex got involved and made sure the repairs were completed by Broad Green. Good communication and we are very pleased everything is now sorted.

Booked my car in for a sit and wait MOT. The guy on reception was very rude. He told me it wasn't booked in for a sit and wait (it definitely was) and that I'd be looking at a 2 hour wait. Had to get booked in elsewhere. I'll never attempt to use this garage again and advise everyone not to waste their time.

After several emails over several days I decided to purchase a car from Richard Reynolds at this dealership. I was about to leave a deposit for Richard to sell the car from under me when someone wandered into tho the dealership. He didn’t even contact me to give me first option. No loyalty to prospective buyers. If this is how they treat buyers god knows what this dealership is like to trust with higher end sales or servicing of your car. Do not trust.
