Haven't received such outstanding customer services like this even in a actual BMW showroom. James has been amazing to deal with and it has been the smoothest possible journey without any faults. The service, from first phone call to after sales support following my purchase was excellent. The car has performed brilliantly over the last 3 months ( Blue Sea Frost 3.0 litre Jaguar XFS ) turning heads whenever we are out and about. I have bought many a car from main dealerships and bar a couple of occasions, I've left really disappointed. Buying a car from Lux GT though you do feel like a member of the monarchy who has been appointed a special car sales agent. The test drive is at your home, there's no weird products being sold to you during the process, just good honest service and great cars. James is as patient as you can get and no query is a problem. Don't be put off because they're not some big name dealership with a massive forecourt, in terms of quality of service, they're head and shoulders above them all!
