I was greated by a very nice young lady at the reception desk.
Good customer service, on a large site, the company holds around 16,000 cars in total around the UK, with a good aftercare plan.
I was told they can get any car on there website delivered to the branch for £99. They have around 160 cars delivered per week to there Norwich branch.
There is a big customer carpark, customer toilets.
I guess it all depends on your budget

Luke was really helpful throughout our once every 10 year car buying experience! He listened to our requirements and found a car which matched exactly what we were looking for. He made sure we were happy both during and after the purchase. Recommended.

Our personal experience of carstore Norwich was outstanding, Sophie the sales person was excellent giving us all the information we needed but not at all pushing and although we were just looking ended up buying a new car. All the staff we dealt with gave excellent custome service.

Recently bought a Peugeot 108 from car store and were guided through by a very amiable guy called Luke.He was’t pushy ( as we are led to believe car salesmen are!) but very helpful - nothing was too much trouble and we were very impressed.Would certainly recommend Car Store.

So easy to deal with, talked me through everything and made sure I fully understood everything I was signing into. Really helpful and adaptable to my constant mind changes! Would definitely recommend Michael Johnstone for anyone who needs help buying a car! The team are also very friendly when I went to collect the car they got us coffees and stuff!

I typically don’t feel the need to write online reviews however the service I received from Rory and Derice yesterday when selling my car was absolutely superb.

Having just been absolutely fobbed off by a well known car sales company (they may be promoted by a Mr Schofield) I felt that selling my car would be a painful and stressful experience if I wanted a fair valuation.

Within an hour the paperworks were signed with Rory and Derice who gave me a fair price for my car without any quibble. Less than 24 hours later the finance was settled in my bank account.

I thoroughly recommend using CarStore above any other dealer in Norwich. Nice blokes, good service and a fair price.

Really easy process, great service by Luke who even came in on his day off to get our car to us on time. Dropped a star because we requested a valet on specific items and they weren’t done by the valeter, not major but not a 5* service as a result.

Sadly 4 months on and things have gone wrong with the car that should’ve been picked up in the service CarStore did. Out of warranty so stuck with the cost of repair.

Very pleased with the service provided. A pleasantly relaxed approach to the buying of a new car. Excellent test drive and Richard was a knowledgeable and helpful contributor to our decision making with regards to our purchase.
The range of vehicles was good and the preparation of the new car was excellent. It was also helpful to be able to use a very reasonable short term insurance policy before changing our own with regard to the new vehicle.
All in all I would recommend the Carstore as a very good option in the search for a new car and would certainly use them again in the future.
