Perfect experience with Ross from start to finish.
I visited and test drove the car on separate occasions and both times Ross booked me in very quickly, answered every question I had and made sure the process was quick and easy (he had very extensive knowledge of every car). The car had a fresh MOT (something Walters offers for every vehicle) and recent service. They also have an extensive preparation procedure, which led to my vehicle having 2 new tyres, a new battery and an air con gas change, so I felt very comfortable knowing the car I was buying was in the best condition it could be! They also offer a very extensive warranty and breakdown package.

I purchased a Seat Ibiza and I have been very happy with my purchase. The car almost feels new, and is incredibly clean.

I will definitely be recommending Walters and Ross’ service to my friends and family, with their incredible selection of cars and very friendly and chatty customer service it has been a very enjoyable experience, the best one I’ve had from a dealer/garage!

What an absolute pleasure our experience with Walters Motors has been and especially our sales rep Jack Church.

We had been looking for a car for a while and by chance we had seen a Suzuki Celerio we liked the look of on their website. We called on site on a Saturday morning without an appointment and despite them being busy we were dealt with very professionally by Jack Church with nothing to much trouble for him. He ran through everything with us prior to a test drive and on arrival back to the garage we set to work on buying the car. Jack kept us up to date with how things were going with the car - he had already informed us it would be 3 to 4 weeks prep time! The car as promised was fully serviced and had a full Mot carried out. The Suzuki was valeted inside and out and has the feel of a new car.

I would definitely recommend Walters Motors and will be using them again in the future 😎

Top class from start to finish. Ross made the whole process of buying a fairly cheap Astra smooth and easy, nothing a hassle even for a low cost purchase. Very helpful video overview of the vehicle I was interested in, that was honest and thorough and drew attention to anything that might potentially be a concern. Extremely flexible in accommodating the times I could visit and went out of his way to have the vehicle ready for collection at a time that suited me. Highly recommended dealer, will use again.

I have just bought my Audi A1 from Walters Motor Group and all I can say is that I have loved dealing with them! Ross Dent was ever so helpful and friendly, it added such personal touch to my experience of buying my second car. When I picked up the car it was in a perfect condition and all documents were handled with care. The whole service was just very professional.
I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know who's looking for a new car!!

I have had to give one star, if I could give less I would. I purchased a used Range Rover and spent a reasonable amount of money. When the sale was agreed some items were noted to be resolved before the purchase, sadly not carried out to my expectations. The side steps were repaired and the wing mirror was to be repaired along with a large paint chip. The paint chip was not repaired 'due to the rest of the paint being old' picture showing chip that was too difficult to repair. The wing mirror was sort of repaired (see picture).

After some interesting discussions from the sales team member including being informed that 'these wing mirrors are expensive', I already knew this as I was buying a premium car I left disappointed informing them I would leave an honest review. For information no reduction in the asking price was given.

I am happy with my new car and enjoy driving it. But very disappointed with the service I received, the picture shows the standard of repair you can expect. I am fully aware that I have purchased a used car and some age related marks are to be expected. I would have thought the Walters Motor Group would like to known for delivering a good quality product.

A few emails have been exchanged by the Managing Director reaching out and offering a solution to my disappoint I agreed to the solution and given up waiting for contact to resolve the broken wing mirror. No fix has been given, that was agreed in July.

Overall total disappointment with the service from sales team and management. I am sure this review will get some smart reply and reason will be posted to give an absolute genuine reason to why things have not been resolved! To be honest I am not sure I could believe any reply or empty promises that will be given.

Walters Motor Group - you are only as good as the last job. I am sure that most of your customers are happy with the products you supply its a shame that I am not one of them. Certainly will not be dealing with Walters Motor Group in the future.

Recently purchased a Ford Focus and have to say the service I received was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole process was very efficient and clearly explained. There was some paint damage found on the car but the guys took this away for repair and you wouldn't know it had been there. I was updated at every stage and knew exactly when my car was going to be ready. Would recommend. Big thank you to Jack and the team.

I bought my first car here recently, a red Ford Fiesta, and could not be happier with my experience! It’s a perfect place to go for a first car as you know you’re being looked after. I will definitely be checking their stock when it comes to buying my second car.
