Purchased an Audi A3 Black Edition in October 2020. Car was received in amazing condition, freshly polished I was very happy with my purchase. 6 weeks later the heating matrix failed, under warranty Fresh Motors team did all to rectify this and I must thank them for great customer service/support I received. Really happy with our purchase from Fresh Motors. Their process was faultless from start to finish and we felt that Danny really listened carefully to what we needed and found the best match. The best place to take your car/vehicle to get it put right, top notch technicians, they used to be called mechanics, but with all the computerised bits on cars nowadays they have to be both I guess, very competent & friendly front desk staff only too happy to help and advise, one of the best additions to Watton for many a year. If you can afford the prices for this level of service, you pay what you pay for, I wouldn't recommend taking my car anywhere else.

Excellent Service, from the first call after developing a coolant leak through to picking the car up after the repairs everything was brilliant.

My husband is still upset he thought down again a good deal until after a week when it took the car from Mercedes it seems that the bottom book on the Mercedes 22000 and the bottom talk on the BMW X6 28000 so how do you call that a good deal I told him to take to Fair Trading but things on the internet and the Warranty what my husband got you've got to pay for it yourself first then clean back how does that work
